Ambitek are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client’s busy workshop team in Wrexham.
The Role
As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of structural steelwork, working from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings.
Your duties will include:

Fabricating structural steelwork from engineering drawings

Cutting, fitting and welding structural steel components
-
Reading and working from detailed fabrication drawings
-
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and specification

Working safely and efficiently within a busy workshop environment
Requirements

Previous experience in structural steel fabrication and welding

Ability to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings

Strong fabrication and welding skills
-
Good attention to detail
-
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team

Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or certificates are advantageous
