Description
Manage and oversee leasehold development Section 20 consultations projects from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with relevant property and leasehold regulations.
Act as a point of contact for leaseholders, addressing queries and concerns.
Prepare reports and documentation related to leasehold developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Monitor financial aspects of leasehold projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Provide expert advice on leasehold matters to stakeholders.
Support the team by deputising for the manager when required.Profile
A successful Leasehold Development Officer should have:
