GRP Laminator / Fibreglass Laminator
West Sussex | £14–£16 per hour DOE | Permanent
We are looking for an experienced GRP / Fibreglass Laminator to join an established manufacturing team based near Horsham, West Sussex.
This is a hands-on production role working with fibreglass, plastic resins and composite materials to manufacture high-quality industrial products.
The role will include:

Hands-on GRP / fibreglass lamination

Applying resins, fibreglass mats, lacquers and waxes to moulds

Mixing resins, catalysts, fillers and other materials

Working from drawings, templates and specifications

Checking finished components for dimensions, defects and overall quality

Operating equipment used in the curing and production process
We are looking for someone with around 3+ years' relevant lamination experience, ideally within GRP, fibreglass, composites, plastic fabrication, process vessels or a similar manufacturing environment.
You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a production team, with a good understanding of quality and health & safety.
Pay: £14–£16 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: Near Horsham, West Sussex.
