Commercial Electrician (6-7 Week Contract)
Location: Penryn, Cornwall
Contract Length: 6/7 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, with overtime available if required)
Rate: Competitive hourly/day rate, dependent on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician for a 6-week contract on a commercial project in Penryn, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable electrician to join a professional team working on a fast-paced site.
Key Responsibilities

Installation of commercial electrical systems

Containment work (trunking, conduit, tray and basket)

First and second fix electrical work

Wiring, testing and fault finding

Installation of lighting, power and distribution equipment

Working safely and efficiently in accordance with current regulations

Liaising with site supervisors and other trades as required
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician

Valid ECS/CSCS card

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification

Ability to read and work from electrical drawings

Own tools and PPE
-
IPAF certification is advantageous but not essential
