They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract.
Contract Details:
Location: South London
Contract: Housing Association
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks, Central Heating Repairs, Voids and Wet Works
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week
Contract Length: 6 months+
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears
Rates:
- £350.00 per day (all parts supplied)

Requirements:

2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

Panel Van (plain or sign written)

Gas Safe Registration

Clean DBS Check

No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
