We’re recruiting for Carers to earn £12.71 per hour, providing compassionate, person-centred care while supporting service users with daily living, following care plans, safeguarding their wellbeing and reporting changes in their needs.

Place service users’ wishes, preferences and wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.

Follow care plans and report changes in service users’ needs to the Senior Carer/Nurse.

Promote and safeguard the welfare of service users.

Support daily living tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom.

Maintain accurate care plans and care records.

Build effective relationships with colleagues, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Work within Fundamental Standards, CQC requirements and all relevant policies.

Act professionally, respectfully and compassionately at all times.
