My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Agent to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Kent, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with a strong water and civil engineering background to join an established project team.
Site Agent Responsibilities:

Toolbox talks

Client liaison
-
Stakeholder liaison
-
Health and safety compliance
-
Ordering materials
-
Managing day-to-day site operations
-
Supervising subcontractors and site teams
-
Coordinating works across the water treatment site
-
Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification
-
Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
-
Overseeing quality control, inspections and site records
-
Reporting progress to the Project Manager
-
Supporting the wider project team with programme delivery
Site Agent Requirements:
-
Black or Gold CSCS
-
SMSTS
-
Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure projects is essential

Strong civil engineering background
-
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
-
Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
-
IT literate
-
Full UK driving licence
