About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join our housing project team focused on groundworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting out for residential construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:

Set out construction sites using surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, etc.).

Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.

Collaborate with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time.

Monitor site progress and compliance with regulations.

Conduct safety inspections and implement risk assessments.

Communicate effectively with site teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer in groundworks.

Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.

Strong understanding of construction methods and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
