The Role
-
Inspect, service and repair HGV trailers
-
Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections
-
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
-
Work on braking, suspension, air systems and trailer components
-
Carry out electrical fault-finding and repairs
-
Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and maintenance standards
About You

Previous HGV trailer experience is essential

Strong experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicle trailers

Confident diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

Good knowledge of trailer braking, suspension and air systems

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, professional and safety-conscious

Relevant qualifications are advantageous
