Site Engineer – Guildford, Surrey
We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Engineer for an ongoing construction project in Guildford, Surrey.
Immediate start available, with consistent work available for the next 3 months, with potential for further opportunities.
About the Role
The Site Engineer will be responsible for:

Setting out and surveying works on site

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
-
Carrying out levels, measurements and quality checks
-
Supporting the Site Manager and construction team with engineering duties

Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
-
Previous Site Engineering experience – essential
-
Proven experience working on UK construction or civil engineering sites
-
Experience with setting out, surveying and site measurements
-
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
-
Good knowledge of construction methods and site procedures
-
Experience working with site teams, subcontractors and project managers
-
Thames Water Safety Passport – desirable, but not essential

Relevant engineering qualifications
-
Previous UK site experience
-
References from previous employers/sites – required
