Pay Rates
Bronze Painter
-
Basic: £17.00 per hour

Overtime × 1: £22.10 per hour
-
Overtime × 2: £27.20 per hour
-
Lodge allowance: £40.00 per night
Silver Sprayer
-
Basic: £18.00 per hour
-
Overtime × 1: £23.40 per hour
-
Overtime × 2: £28.80 per hour

Lodge allowance: £40.00 per night
Please note: The Silver Sprayer rate is only payable while actively carrying out spraying duties at that level.
You must have a silver TTP card with the spraying module
Key Responsibilities

Carry out industrial painting and coating work to the required specification.

Prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings safely and efficiently.

Use airless spray equipment where required.

Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organised.

Complete work to the required quality standards and deadlines.
