Are you an engineer with hands-on experience of building services and site utilities?
We're looking for a Building Services Engineer with practical experience working with equipment such as:
You don't need to be a specialist in everything.
We're looking for a good engineering generalist who understands this type of equipment, can investigate why something isn't performing properly and knows where to start looking for a solution.
What You'll Be Doing

Investigating underperforming building services equipment

Identifying faults, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Engineering practical solutions

Reviewing plant controls, set points and operating parameters

Improving reliability and energy efficiency

Working alongside site engineers and specialist contractors

Supporting utilities and engineering improvement projects

Approximately 50% site/factory floor and 50% office based
What We're Looking For
-
Building Services, Site Services, Utilities or Maintenance Engineering background

Hands-on experience with several of the systems listed above

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Comfortable investigating equipment and proposing solutions

Able to read technical drawings and schematics

Manufacturing, FMCG or industrial experience preferred

Comfortable working independently and with contractors
