Estimator – Housing / Commercial
A well-established housing company based in Teesside is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will come from a housing, construction or commercial estimating background, with strong experience in preparing accurate tenders, pricing works and managing costs from enquiry through to contract award.
Key requirements:

Previous experience as an Estimator within housing, construction or commercial environments

Strong understanding of construction costs, materials and subcontractor pricing

Ability to produce accurate estimates and tenders

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider commercial team
Package:

Salary up to £80,000, depending on experience
