Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own New Homes caseload from instruction through to completion

Set up new development sites and handle associated plot sales

Support and oversee the day-to-day running of the New Homes team

Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members

Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, CQS requirements and internal procedures

Handle freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and associated sales
-
Review complex cases, assess risk and provide practical legal advice
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years’ PQE in a similar New Homes/Conveyancing role
-
Essential experience with site set-ups and new build sales
-
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process

Able to manage a busy caseload independently

Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
