CSS Recruitment are currently hiring for a Remanufacture Technician in Colchester.
Our client is looking for someone who has a strong knowledge in electronics and preferably experience within the automotive industry.
This is a hands-on technical role within a high-quality engineering environment.
The Role:

You will advise, supervise and instruct colleagues in technical remanufacturing processes and ensure documentation is updated.

Contribute to a safe, tidy and organised work space.

Test and diagnose customer-returned automotive electronic components using in-house developed test software.

Accurately identify faults at unit and PCB level.
-
Use specialist equipment and machinery to dismantle electronic assemblies.
-
Remanufacture and restore electronic components to full functional and quality standards on PCB level.

Perform end of line testing to ensure all units meet the companies quality and performance requirements.

Work closely with other engineers and further improve team knowledge.
Further in-house training is provided alongside personal and professional development.
