We are recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Operative to join a leading engineering and manufacturing company within the automotive industry.
This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical, assembly, production, manufacturing, or hands-on experience, as well as those with a strong work ethic looking to develop technical skills. Full training is provided.
Working Days are Mon – Fri
Key Duties:

Mechanical assembly and fitting
-
Strip down, cleaning, and reassembly of components
-
Use of hand tools and basic engineering equipment

Following engineering drawings or work instructions

Quality inspection and testing
-
General production and manufacturing duties
Skills & Experience:
-
Mechanical, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

Experience using hand tools (spanners, torque wrenches, etc.)

Ability to follow instructions and processes
-
Good attention to detail
Backgrounds considered: assembly operative, production operative, warehouse operative, mechanical fitter, vehicle mechanic, machine operative
