Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician who enjoys working in a hands on role, travelling to customer sites, and delivering exceptional service. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, helping customers achieve maximum performance and reliability from their systems.
Offering £32,000 to £34,000 per annum, overtime available, although not guaranteed.
Duties:

Install and commission equipment at customer sites.

Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.

Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.

Repair or replace defective components using appropriate tools and equipment.

Complete service reports, maintenance records and parts requisition forms accurately.

Provide customers with guidance on equipment operation and basic fault finding.

Maintain high standards of health and safety while working on site.

Ensure all work is completed professionally and to company standards.
Experience:
-
Experience in a Field Service Technician role or similar.

Proven experience working with mechanical systems and equipment repairs.

Confident using hand tools and workshop equipment.

Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Self motivated, organised and capable of working independently.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs.

Comfortable working across a variety of commercial environments.
