My client is looking to recruit a Multi skilled carpenter who will be responsible for carrying out carpentry installations and repairs and maintenance to their housing stock across the Borough of Redditch.
Key Requirements

Carry out carpentry works and repairs and maintenance to residential and void properties.

1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including repair/replacement of components.

Repair and maintain wooden and UPVC doors and windows and lock changes etc

Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times

work on various general maintenance tasks as required
Skills & experience
-
Relevant carpentry qualifications and certification.

Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry

Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, principles and equipment

Good communication and customer service skills

Competency or qualified in additional trades such as tiling, floor tiling, plumbing etc
