Support Worker – Supported Living
Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Brookes Recruitment Group is recruiting Support Workers for three closely located supported-living services in Camborne.
The services support adults with learning disabilities, mental ill-health and complex needs. The focus is on helping each person maintain or develop their independence while receiving support tailored to their individual needs.
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals lead fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing respectful, person-centred support

Assisting with personal care where required

Supporting people with everyday tasks and routines

Helping individuals access activities and the local community

Encouraging independence, choice and confidence

Supporting people with appointments, education or employment

Completing accurate records and contributing to effective handovers

Maintaining dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times
