Zest4Talent is delighted to be partnering with a growing and highly respected Building Compliance consultancy to recruit an Air Tightness Tester to join its expanding team covering London and the South East.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. Whether you're currently ATTMA Level 1 and looking to progress or already working at Level 2, you'll be fully supported with your ongoing development, including training towards ATTMA Level 2 and Sound Insulation Testing.
You'll work alongside an experienced technical team on a varied portfolio of residential and commercial developments, with genuine opportunities to broaden your skillset and progress your career.
The Role
As an Air Tightness Tester, you'll be responsible for:

Carrying out Air Pressure Testing in accordance with ATTMA standards.

Producing accurate test reports and certification.

Advising clients and site teams on improving air permeability results where required.

Liaising with developers, contractors and construction professionals.

Managing your own workload across London and the South East.

Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high technical standards.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:

ATTMA Level 1 qualification (minimum essential).

Previous experience carrying out Air Tightness Testing.

A full UK Driving Licence.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive, positive approach with a desire to continue developing your career.
It would be great if you also have:

ATTMA Level 2 qualification.

Experience carrying out Sound Insulation Testing.

Knowledge of wider Building Compliance services.

Experience working across residential new build developments.
