Are you an experienced Building Performance Consultant with exceptional IES VE expertise and consultancy management experience?
Zest4Talent is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit an Associate / Associate Director to lead and develop its growing Building Performance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy delivering innovative, sustainable building solutions across the UK. You'll combine technical excellence with leadership, mentoring, client relationship management and business development.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects while supporting the continued growth of the Building Performance team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading Building Performance and Sustainability projects across multiple sectors.

Delivering and reviewing Dynamic Thermal Modelling using IES VE.

Providing technical leadership on overheating assessments, thermal comfort, operational energy and building performance.

Managing, mentoring and developing a team of consultants.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supporting business development and winning new work.

Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and the highest technical standards.

Contributing to the strategic growth of the consultancy.
About You
We're looking for someone with:

Extensive experience within a Building Performance or Sustainability Consultancy.

Expert user of IES VE.

Previous consultancy management or team leadership experience.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Commercial awareness with experience developing client relationships.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A passion for developing people and driving technical excellence.
