The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and seamless aftersales experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities

Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair work

Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

Providing estimates and obtaining approval for additional work

Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control

Managing job cards, invoices, and service documentation

Promoting additional products and services where appropriate

Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
About You

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Confident using dealership management systems

Full UK driving licence preferred
