Are you an experienced HGV or Trailer Engineer looking to step into a rewarding training role? We’re working with a well-established training provider to recruit an Automotive Learning Coach supporting apprentices in heavy vehicle engineering.
This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your industry knowledge, support the next generation of engineers, and enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.
🔧 The Role

Support and coach a cohort of approx. 40 learners

Deliver progress reviews, mentoring, and workplace observations

Work closely with apprentices in HGV and trailer engineering

Support learning across mechanical, maintenance, and manufacturing disciplines

Combine on-site delivery in Winsford with hybrid responsibilities
👤 What We’re Looking For

Strong background in HGV, bus, coach, or trailer engineering

Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing (essential)

Assessor and/or teaching qualification (desirable)

Passion for mentoring and developing learners

Ability to support both practical and theoretical engineering skills
