They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local housing association.

Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
Rates:

£23.48 per Landlord Gas Safety Record

£30.44 per repair (parts provided)

Plus winter incentive of £40.00 per day if engineer commits to 5 days per week (additional £200.00 per week) effective until end of February 2026

Requirements:

2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

Side Van (plain or sign written)

Gas Safe Registration

Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser

£2m Public Liability Insurance

No unspent criminal convictions
