The Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations. You will be working on a variety of corporate matters, including but not limited to:

Mergers and acquisitions

Corporate governance and compliance

Private equity and venture capital transactions

Joint ventures and shareholder agreements

Commercial contracts

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on complex corporate transactions

Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation

Managing and developing client relationships

Working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Providing strategic commercial advice to clients
Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in corporate law

Strong experience in handling mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance matters

Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Commercially astute with a client-focused approach

Strong communication and negotiation skills
