An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next step.
GMP Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing law firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a strong corporate background who is looking to take on greater responsibility, develop their career and play an important role within a growing team.
The Role:

Advising a broad range of clients on corporate matters and transactions.

Managing a varied and interesting caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

Handling acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supporting the development of junior members of the team.

Taking on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities as part of the role.

Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department.
About You:
-
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.

Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
-
Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
-
Confident working independently whilst also supporting and developing colleagues.
-
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.

Someone who is ambitious and keen to take the next step in their career.
What's on offer?

£60,000–£70,000 depending on experience
-
There is flexibility to go beyond £70,000 for the right individual, particularly where they can demonstrate an established client following, strong network or ability to generate their own work.
