Location: Europarc, Grimsby
Shifts: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour (Days) | £14.11 per hour (Nights)
About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Packout Trainee Machine Operatives for a busy soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in food production, with full training provided and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring machinery within the packout department
Ensuring finished products are packed correctly and meet quality standards
Carrying out routine quality checks on products and packaging
Identifying and reporting any machine faults or production issues
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
No previous experience required - full training provided
A willingness to learn and develop machine operating skills
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
