We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance contractor for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Cambridge, Peterborough, and the wider East Anglia region.

Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard.

Complete a variety of general property maintenance tasks.

Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.

Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.

Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-lasting repairs.

Work efficiently within occupied residential properties.

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Accurately update job information using PDA/mobile technology.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents.
Requirements

Plumbing experience and qualifications.

Carpentry experience and qualifications.
-
NVQ, City & Guilds, or Diploma in Carpentry or Plumbing.
-
CSCS Card.
-
Experience using PDA/mobile working systems
