Salary: £27,378 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

We are recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative to join an established business offering full training and the opportunity to learn specialist production processes.
This could suit someone looking to start a career within a hands-on production environment or someone looking to develop their existing skills.
The Role

Learning to operate specialist production equipment

Preparing components for processing

Following work instructions and specifications

Carrying out visual and quality checks

Ensuring work meets required quality standards

Completing basic production documentation

Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Following health and safety procedures

Working as part of the wider production team

Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential
