Powder Coating Operative
Permanent Position
Working Hours - 37.5 (Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm)
The Role
Our client is undergoing a growth period, and is looking for 2 new Powder Coating Operatives. As a Powder Coating Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are finished to the highest standards. You must be confident working in a hot, factory environment.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing components for powder coating
- Applying powder coating using specialist equipment
- Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous powder coating experience is preferred/can be trained
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can cope with busy periods and changing priorities
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
In return, you can expect to work in a friendly environment, where everyone mucks in and helps each other. There will also be the potential for future shift working, including evening shifts, should you wish to work those hours.
