Permanent Position
Working Hours - 37.5 (Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm)
Salary: £13.07 - £13.72
The Role
As a Powder Coating Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are finished to the highest standards.
Your duties will include:
Preparing components for powder coating
Applying powder coating using specialist equipment
Inspecting finished products to ensure excellent quality
Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised
Following all health & safety procedures
Working efficiently to meet production targets What We're Looking For
Previous powder coating experience is preferred/can be trained
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Can cope with busy periods and changing priorities
Commitment to producing high-quality work
