The Role
The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide classroom and individual support, helping pupils to access learning and develop their confidence and independence. You may work on a 1:1 or small-group basis, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children or young people
Experience within a school or educational setting is desirable
SEND experience is advantageous
Patient, nurturing and supportive approach
Confident managing behaviour and maintaining positive relationships
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, proactive and adaptable
