Spanish or Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Professional 📍 Doncaster 💰 £38,000 per annum 🕒 Monday – Friday | Full Time | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Spanish or Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Professional to join a growing and successful business based in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, resolving customer enquiries, and supporting international clients across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for Spanish or Portuguese-speaking customers via telephone, email, and online communication channels.
Managing customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information is maintained within company systems.
Resolving customer complaints, issues, and queries efficiently.
Liaising with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Providing product, pricing, and service information to customers.
Updating CRM and internal systems with customer interactions and order information.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

Fluent Spanish or Portuguese language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
Strong English communication skills.
Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, Account Management, or Administration.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
