German Speaking Customer Service Professional

£38,000 per annum Monday – Friday | Full Time | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Professional to join a growing and dynamic business based in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and providing first-class support within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
Managing customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across German-speaking regions.
Processing orders accurately and ensuring all customer information is maintained within internal systems.
Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently while delivering excellent service.
Liaising with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure customer expectations are met.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
Previous experience within a Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Management, or Administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience working with CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
