Production Operative
Location: Wirral
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days
Job Type: Permanent
ZETEC are recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Wirral.
Working within a busy production environment, you will support the day-to-day manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment

Supporting manufacturing and production processes

Preparing materials and components for production

Carrying out basic quality checks throughout the production process

Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards

Working to daily production schedules and targets

Completing relevant production documentation
-
Reporting any quality, production or equipment issues
-
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Supporting other areas of production when required

Following all site Health & Safety procedures
About You
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment

Experience operating production machinery would be advantageous

Good attention to detail

A strong awareness of Health & Safety

Ability to work accurately and consistently

A reliable and positive approach to work

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
