Finance Assistant
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Full time office based. Hybrid working of 2 days a week from home will be offered after probation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.
Loading supplier invoices and sending for approval
Processing monthly payment runs
Updating the cashbook on their accounting system.
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Handling general enquiries
Preparing commission statements efficiently.
Loading sale invoices
Assist with debt collecting
Overseeing the sales statement process
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Purchase Ledger
Experience using Sage is beneficial
An accounting qualification, preferably AAT Level 3 or equivalent is beneficial
Exceptional communication skills
