Temporary Receptionist – Manchester
Location: Manchester Office
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: Approximately 8:30am – 5:00pm daily
We are currently recruiting for a professional, friendly and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house support at our busy Manchester office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all visitors, clients and colleagues.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Receptionist, your duties will include:
Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed to the appropriate person or department
Answering, screening and transferring incoming telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains tidy, organised and presentable at all times
Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier services
Responding to general enquiries and providing assistance to visitors, clients and colleagues
Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings where required
Providing general administrative and office support to the wider team
Assisting with day-to-day front-of-house and office duties
Maintaining a professional, welcoming and efficient reception environment

Reliable, punctual and adaptable
Experienced in a reception, front-of-house, customer service or administrative role
