Based in Wimbledon, with fantastic transport links, you'll be working from our large, bright, open-plan offices, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. What You'll Be Doing
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an outstanding service experience.
Proactively contacting customers to identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
Promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
Liaising closely with internal departments including Sales, Accounts and Operations.
Supporting customers throughout their buying journey and resolving queries professionally.What We're Looking For
✅ Previous customer service, sales support or account management experience
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✅ A confident, proactive and positive approach
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
✅ Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues
✅ Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset
