Production Operative (Afternoon & Evening Shifts)
Location : Tonbridge, Kent Pay : £12.71 per hour Duration: Ongoing Temporary Position
We are currently recruiting for reliable and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Tonbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term, ongoing work within a clean, modern working environment.
Available Shifts
Choose from:
Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm OR
Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 10:00pm
The Role
This position involves working as part of a production team carrying out light assembly and manufacturing tasks. The work is not physically demanding and would suit candidates who enjoy working carefully and accurately.
Duties may include:
Light assembly of electronic components
Quality checking products
Following work instructions and production processes
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ensuring work areas remain clean and organised

Reliable and punctual attitude
Ability to follow instructions
Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
Positive approach and willingness to learn
