Bright Star Talent is currently looking for a caring, patient and experienced ASD Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in Bootle, Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference and wants to work in an environment where every student is supported to reach their potential.
You’ll be working closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing one-to-one and small-group support while helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with children or young people with ASD/SEN

A patient, calm and understanding approach

The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with pupils
-
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs in an educational or care setting

Good communication and teamwork skills
-
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for SEN education
-
The confidence to support pupils with different learning and behavioural needs
-
A DBS registered on the Update Service – essential
