£12.81 per hour | Full Time | Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:30, Friday 07:00-11:00

We are recruiting for a Finishing Operative to join a specialist manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who may have experience in arts, crafts, framing, model making, sign making, graphic application, restoration work, or other precision-based hobbies and interests.
No previous finishing experience is required. We are looking for people with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing:

Carrying out detailed finishing work on completed products

Conducting visual quality inspections to identify any imperfections

Sanding and filling products to achieve a high-quality finish

Applying graphics and decals accurately and professionally

Working with a variety of different products and materials

Following quality standards and production specifications

Maintaining a clean and organised workbench
