The Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract covering Knowsley, Salford and Oldham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor, initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks, offering a salary of £34,000 per annum.
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities

General day-to-day repairs and maintenance within social housing properties

Carrying out multi-skilled works including:

Working in occupied and void properties

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently

Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with company standards

Maintaining excellent customer relationships with tenants and residents
Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, property maintenance, or repairs

Strong all-round trade skills

Experience working in occupied properties preferred

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Good communication and customer service skills
