Production Operative

🕕 Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
💷 Pay: £13.15 - £14.57 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Gainsborough.

💰 Pay & Progression
£13.15 per hour - Entry level
£13.88 per hour - After 12 months' service or once signed off in 2 areas
£14.57 per hour - Once fully trained and signed off in all areasAs you develop your skills and become trained across different areas of production, you'll have the opportunity to increase your pay and progress towards a Semi-Skilled Operative role.
🔧 The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a busy manufacturing team, supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to a high standard.
You'll receive training on the job and have the opportunity to learn across multiple areas of the production process.
👷 What we're looking for
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
Good attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Manufacturing or engineering experience would be advantageous
Must have a reliable means of getting to and from site due to the remote location

Monday - Friday
6:00am - 2:30pm
