We're recruiting on behalf of a busy manufacturing client for Paint Plant Operatives to join their production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced paint/powder coating line, finishing aluminium parts to a high standard. Flexible shift patterns are available.
As a Paint Plant Operatives, you will be responsible for:

Hanging aluminium parts onto the line and managing colour changes between parts

Cleaning booths and preparing parts (pre-treatment, taping, bunging) between colour processes

Finishing products to a high standard, matching the Golden Sample

Checking visual aids before completing each process

Identifying quality issues that may require re-tapping

Preparing and packing finished parts ready for despatch

Keeping your work area safe, tidy and compliant with Health & Safety standards

Working closely with your Line Supervisor and reporting any issues as needed
The ideal candidate will be:

Previous experience on a paint plant or with powder coating (preferred)

Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

Flexible and adaptable to changing demands

Willing to undertake relevant training

Good time management, with the initiative to work independently as part of a team
