Monday to Friday
Role involves maintaining a clean, safe, organised and efficient workplace. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the site and helps provide a positive and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Facilities

Carry out cleaning activities across office areas, meeting rooms, warehouse areas, kitchen facilities, washrooms and communal spaces.

Ensure washroom products and cleaning supplies are regularly checked and replenished.

Maintain site refreshments and provisions for employees and visitors.

Empty and recycle waste and recycling bins appropriately.
-
Identify and report maintenance, safety, cleaning or housekeeping issues promptly.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the workplace.
Office Support
-
Support the preparation and coordination of meeting rooms for customer visits, meetings and events, including room set-up and clear-down.

Assist with receiving and sending mail.

Order office supplies and other workplace provisions as required.

Act as a friendly, helpful and professional point of contact for employees, visitors and contractors while on site.

Provide general support to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
Health, Safety & Compliance

Carry out all work in accordance with UK health and safety policies, procedures and relevant regulations.

Follow appropriate workplace health, safety and hygiene standards.

Report hazards, defects, maintenance requirements and other concerns through the appropriate channels.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality or a similar workplace support role.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
