Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hour week Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7am – 1pm.

Factory Operative – The Role:
You will provide a high-quality service by carrying out various duties within the production department. Your role includes maintaining a safe and clean working environment, completing documentation and labelling, and supporting the team to meet targets and objectives.
Factory Operative – Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Aluminium windows and doors in Technal, ALUK and Seniors systems, Ensure all manufacturing is carried out in accordance with job sheets, working drawings, specifications and system supplier’s fabrication manuals

Ensuring & maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures

Producing the highest quality products in line with the company’s quality procedures to help ensure the demands of the fabrication programme/department are met

Completing all necessary documentation, labelling and maintaining records

To be a team player and help assist others to meet targets and objectives. To help cover absences and holidays in other areas

Be proactive with regards to continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance of the department
