Examples include weekly sales reporting and monthly forward orderbook position.Support with the month end close process and own the weekly cashbook postings.Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for low and medium risk accounts, preparing appropriate documentation to support existing balances and uphold financial controls.Raise invoices to partners for contracted income and track receipts.Support with financial administration of sites including setting up contract series and plot information in COINS and HARP systemsSupport with the preparation of short-term cash forecasts and the monthly reforecast and associated deliverables.Support with the preparation of the annual budget / strategic plan and associated deliverables.Ad-hoc generation and analysis of information to support key stakeholders.Finally, lets tell you a bit more about usWe build more than homes, were making Vistry.
