Health Care Assistant (HCA)
Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for flexible shifts in care homes? Resilience Personnel is looking for reliable agency HCAs to work part-time long day, night, half day and rotating shifts across the UK.
Your role will include:

Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Assisting with meals, activities, and daily routines.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.

Following safeguarding, health & safety, and care home procedures.
You should have:

At least 6 months’ care experience, in a UK care home.

A caring, person-centred approach.
-
Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
-
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-
A valid practical moving and handling training certificate.
-
A valid DBS registered on updated service or willingness to complete one.
What we offer:

£12.75 per hour, paid weekly.
