VNA Hospice of NWI has an opening for Speech Therapist - PRN
VNA Hospice of NWI is seeking a PRN Speech Therapist to perform therapy to our patients in their homes. We serve the following counties: Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Jasper, Newton and Starke.

Must have valid therapy license in State of Indiana, valid drivers license, and a minimum of 1 year experience. Must be computer literate.
