Position Summary:
The Regional Account Manager establishes and maintains long-term business relationships with referral sources for the pupose of providing on-going customer service and increasing admissions, patient days, and net revenues. Informs, educates, and communicates our DBT program to mental health professionals within Michigan and the surrounding territories.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
•Identify new business development, marketing opportunities and strategies for follow-up.
•Serve as a liaison between the facility and referral sources and outside agencies.
•Plan appointments with key and potential referral sources within assigned territories.
•Measure return on investment from fieldwork.
•Maintain accurate contact information.
•Review and evaluate admission/referral contact calls daily.
•Promote the Facility using social media, community events, conferences/speaking engagements, mailings, etc.

Qualifications:
Regional Account Manager requirements:
High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in social sciences, marketing, or business administration is preferred.
Three years of work experience in marketing, sales or community relations activities in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Business management, public speaking, knowledge of market research and greater community is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record, physical ability to safely operate an automobile.
Must have a credit card for work expenses.
Must be 21 years old.
